I sincerely appreciate exceptional customer service.  My purpose is to focus on the development of professionals that are committed to providing extraordinary customer service experiences. We are all customers – quality of service makes a difference to each of us.  Like technology, customer service has evolved, and not all of it has had a positive impact on customers. I am currently a Customer Service Manager at a privately owned printing company in Sparks, Nevada. My skills and expertise include customer intelligence, staff development, and management.  I am aggressively working on my Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management at the University of Nevada-Reno.  My thoughts and opinions in this blog are my own.
